Be Well is passionate about helping individuals, families, and teachers find balance and joy in each day.  Be Well guides kids and adults towards healthy, balanced, and flourishing lives.  Be Well believes in holistic living through therapeutic counseling, yoga and mindfulness, creating healthy habits, and developing an individual and sustainable path for well-being.  

 

Classes, workshops, and individual sessions are offered through counseling, yoga and mindfulness for both kids and adults, parenting and educator courses, women's retreats, and teen empowerment workshops.
